Welcome to Particurate Celebrations Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our events, use of our services, and interactions with our platforms. By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Event Registration & Tickets

• All tickets must be purchased through authorized platforms.

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

• Entry may be denied if tickets are invalid, duplicated, or purchased fraudulently.

• Attendees must comply with event rules and venue guidelines.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

• Payments must be completed at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to change ticket prices at any time before purchase.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

• If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

• In case of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method.

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify event schedules, performers, or format

• Change venue (if necessary)

• Cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, low attendance)

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the ticket value.

5. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for everyone:

• Respect fellow attendees, performers, and staff

• No disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior

• Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any attendee without refund for misconduct.

6. Photography & Media Consent

By attending our events, you agree that:

• Photos, videos, and recordings may be captured during the event

• These may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes

• You grant us the right to use your likeness without compensation

If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform our team at the event.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Attendance is at your own risk

• We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings

• We are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control

8. Health & Safety

• Attendees must follow all applicable health and safety regulations

• Do not attend if you are unwell or pose a risk to others

9. Intellectual Property

All content associated with our events (branding, materials, designs, etc.) is the property of Particurate Celebrations Inc. and may not be used without permission.
